Our pricing is simple and straightforward!
No complicated packages or confusing terms. Our pricing is hourly only unless you book our Elite Package which includes wine tastings!
Go where you want, do what you want, and don't get a headache trying to decipher how much it will cost!

Tour Rates
Customized: Monday - Thursday
- 4 hour minimum
- $80/hour, Per Vehicle, not per person! ($125/hour on Holidays)
- No minimum or maximum group requirement!
- Go where you want, when you want, however long you want!
- Coolers with chilled water provided
- We have containers to store purchases
- We stay with you throughout your day so we are ready when you are!
- We help with planning for no additional fee! This includes route planning and helping with reservation times.
- Our drivers will serve as a photographer for the day so you will not have to worry about missing those special moments!
Customized: Friday - Sunday
- 4 hour minimum
- $100/hour, Per Vehicle, not per person! ($125/hour on Holidays)
- No minimum or maximum group requirement!
- Go where you want, when you want, however long you want!

- We stay with you throughout your day so we are ready when you are!

KPT Elite Wine Tour Package: 4 Hours
- 4 hour flat fee of $400 per vehicle (Holiday rates are $500) **Tip for driver not included** Plus per person wine tasting fees depending on which option you choose (we book tastings, this saves you $$!).
- Option to purchase additional time at the rate of $100/hour
- Tastings booked by us at 2 of the Hill Country's Premier wineries. You choose from 2 of the following: William Chris, Untamed Wine Estates, or Airis'Ele.
- Untamed Wine Estates Tour & Taste $32/person + tip of $4.80/person ($8 savings per person)
- William Chris Winemaker Tasting : $23/person. ($7 savings per person!) Remit tip to William Chris on-site. Airis'Ele - $25/person. Remit tip to Airis'Ele on-site.
- William Chris Vineyard Table Food and Wine Experience: $63/person ($12 savings per person!) The Vineyard Table can only accommodate up to groups of 6. Tips for William Chris should be remitted on-site.
- Optional lunch available at William Chris $16/person
- Also includes additional services available with customized private tours.
KPT Elite Wine Tour Package: 6 Hours
- 6 hour flat fee of $600 per vehicle (Holiday rates are $750) **Tip not included** Plus per person wine tasting fees depending on which option you choose (we book tastings, this saves you $$!).
- Option to purchase additional time at the rate of $100/hour.
- Tastings booked by us at 3 of the Hill Country's Premier wineries. (William Chris is one of the Top 100 Wine Destinations for 2022!)
- Option 1: Untamed Wine Estates Tour & Taste, Airis'Ele General Tasting, & William Chris Winemaker Tasting: $80/person. ($15 savings per person!) ***Please note: A 20% tip will be added for the tasting at Untamed Wine Estates. Tips for William Chris & Airis'Ele should be remitted on-site.**
- Option 2: Untamed Wine Estates Tour & Taste, Comparative Tasting at Airis'Ele, & William Chris Vineyard Table Food and Wine Experience: $132/person ($23 savings per person!) The Vineyard Table can only accommodate up to groups of 6. **Please note: A 20% tip will be added for the tasting at Untamed Wine Estates. Tips for William Chris & Airis'Ele should be remitted on-site.**
- Optional lunch available at William Chris $16/person
- Also includes additional services available with customized private tours.
Current Venue Partnerships
We are continually working on partnerships with local venues so that we can expand our service to you. This means that should you wish, we will be able to make reservations for you! In some cases, this also means we will be able to share an industry discount and save you money $$! If you do not wish to book our Elite Tour package, but would like for us to book your reservations for you, please let us know.

Travel outside of Gillespie/Blanco county
Please note that rates quoted are for travel within Gilliespie county and some areas in Blanco County. If your tour will take us outside of these areas, additional fees may apply due to the price of fuel. Tour times quoted are for start/stop times out of Fredericksburg. If we have to travel more than 10 minutes out of Fredericksburg for pick up/ drop off, tour time will start when our driver leaves Fredericksburg and will stop when they return at the end of your tour. Please ask us if you are unsure!
