Tour Rates
Customized: Monday - Thursday
- 4 hour minimum
- $85/hour, Per Vehicle, not per person! ($125/hour on Holidays)
- No minimum or maximum group requirement.
- Go where you want, when you want, however long you want!
- We have containers to store purchases.
- We stay with you throughout your day, so we are ready when you are!
- We help with planning for no additional fee! This includes route mapping and helping with reservation times if needed.
- Our drivers will serve as a photographer for the day so you will not have to worry about missing those special moments!
Customized: Friday - Sunday
- 4 hour minimum
- $100/hour, Per Vehicle, not per person! ($125/hour on Holidays)

- Go where you want, when you want, however long you want!

KPT Elite Wine Tour Package: 4 Hours
- Flat fee of $450 per vehicle (Holiday rates are $550) Plus per person wine tasting fees depending on which venues you choose (we book tastings, this saves you on tasting fees!). **Tip for driver not included in fees**
- Option to purchase additional time at the rate of $100/hour
- Tastings reserved and prepaid by us at 2 of the Hill Country's Premier wineries. Choose from Elite Wine Tour Venue Options below.
- No stress over planning and scheduling tastings. We do this so you don't have to!
KPT Elite Wine Tour Package: 6 Hours
- Flat fee of $650 per vehicle (Holiday rates are $800) Plus per person wine tasting fees depending on which venues you choose (we book tastings, this saves you on tasting fees!). **Tip for driver not included in fees**
- Option to purchase additional time at the rate of $100/hour.
- Tastings reserved and prepaid by us at 3 of the Hill Country's Premier wineries. Choose from Elite Wine Tour Venue Options below.
- No stress over planning and scheduling tastings. We do this so you don't have to!

When booking our Elite Tours, you can choose from the following:
Untamed Wine Estates - Tour & Taste
William Chris Vineyards - Choose from Winemaker Tasting or Chef's Table (Elevated experience with food/wine pairings)
Ab Astris - General Tasting
Airis'Ele - Choice of General or Comparative tasting (private tasting led by one of the owners or Senior Team members)
Slate Theory - Choose from Cave Tasting or Production Tour (limited availability)
Featherstone Ranch Vineyard - Choice of mixed or reds (5 pours)
Andreucci's - General Tasting

Availability
We will always do our best to try to accommodate all who wish to book with us. We do book up fast and for that reason cannot hold slots. Due to demand, it is a first come, first serve basis for booking. Slots will be held during the planning process or until we no longer receive communication from our prospective client. Tours are not considered booked until invoices have been completed.
Customer relationships are very important to us, so we will always do our best to make the planning process as seamless as possible!
Venues
While we do have partnerships with some venues, you are able to visit any venue you wish!

Travel outside of downtown Fredericksburg
Please note that rates quoted are for travel within Fredericksburg city limits. If your tour will take us outside of this area, additional fees may apply. Tour times quoted are for start/stop times out of Fredericksburg. If we have to travel more than 10 minutes out of Fredericksburg for pick up/ drop off, tour time will start when our driver leaves Fredericksburg and will stop when they return at the end of your tour. Please ask us if you are unsure!
